Cartridge Seals

Inert dual cartridge seals

As Inert Single cartridge catalog seals, Inert Dual Cartridge catalog seals are designed for specific or Highly Corrosive applications with emphasis on best forgiveness for extreme operating environment. They fit standard or oversized seal chambers of process pumps per ANSI/ASME B73 specification or equal.

Dual seals are required when single seals cannot survive the operating conditions or cannot meet environmental emission regulations.

Type 210D Inert seals are pump specific and do not necessarily fit standard seal chamber sizes.

Inert dual cartridge seals

210D Inert dual cartridge seals

  • Pump-Specific Inert Heavy Duty Cartridge Dual Seal
  • Fully shielded metal parts – no contact with process fluids
  • Application Specific design – while sealing rings are mostly standard, Gland Plates and equipment interface is mostly application specific
  • Designed for atmospheric pressure barrier fluids per API Plan 52
  • Optional integration with Particle Ejector in a unitized cartridge
